About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Operations Manager to be the systems architect and operational engine behind Cassidy’s next phase of growth.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role: you’ll build and manage scalable systems while executing the work that keeps our operations running at full speed.

You’ll drive strategic planning, optimize go-to-market infrastructure, own internal reporting, support investor relations, and help shape how we grow—day-to-day and quarter-to-quarter.

What You’ll Work On

🚀 Revenue Operations & GTM Enablement

• Design and manage CRM, marketing, and sales automation workflows
• Own sales enablement: equip the team with data, processes, and materials to convert leads
• Build deep, actionable reporting across TOFU, sales funnel, product engagement, and revenue
• Partner with GTM leads on pricing strategy, testing, and rollout

💰 Budgeting & Financial Operations

• Own company-wide budgeting, financial modeling, and forecasting across headcount, spend, and runway
• Track and report on SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, payback, net retention) to inform decisions and investor updates
• Oversee cash flow, billing, A/R, and coordinate with finance/accounting partners to maintain clean books
• Drive pricing strategy, vendor management, and financial readiness for future fundraising
