We're looking for a resourceful and agile Solutions Architect to join our growing team, support our sales efforts, and provide exceptional technical expertise and product solutions.
About the Role:
As the Solutions Architect at Cassidy, you will play a critical role in the sales process by leveraging your technical skills to support Account Executives in answering complex customer questions, delivering tailored client demonstrations, and ensuring customer success. You will also have a significant impact on the pre-sales strategy by aligning customer needs with our solutions and continuously improving our demonstration capabilities. This role demands a proactive, tech-savvy individual who is eager to learn and operate in a dynamic startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support Sales Processes
- Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer requirements.
- Design and tailor AI solutions to meet client needs effectively.
- Conduct Engaging Product Demonstrations
- Deliver dynamic and informative presentations that showcase Cassidy’s capabilities.
- Adjust demonstrations based on client feedback and evolving product features.
- Handle Technical Inquiries
- Address technical questions from clients with precision and clarity.
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of Cassidy's offerings.
- Customize Solutions
- Develop and implement AI solutions that align with client objectives.
- Integrate bespoke features to enhance customer workflows.
- Gather and Analyze Feedback
- Collect insights from demonstrations to inform product improvements.
- Partner with product teams to incorporate user feedback.
Who You (Ideally) Are:
- Have a solid technical background, with 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably within a startup environment.
- Proficient in AI prompting and "prompt engineering" as well as building AI workflows.
- A passion for AI and a commitment to staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Comfortable with technical products, able to communicate complex topics in simple terms to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Personify resourcefulness, agility, and creativity in problem-solving.
- Embody passion for supporting and fostering growth within the team.
- Get-it-done personality with attention to detail and an above-average sense of humor.
- Able to work from NYC office 5 days a week
